How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date?	We are flexible and need as much as 12 hours in advance, subject to availability.
What are your standard payment terms?	We require 20% to reserve the date (non-refundable), then 50% of the balance within 2 weeks from the event, and the rest of the balance at the end of the event.
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy?	We guarantee that your videos will look like or better then our demos. Most of our clients expect much less for what they pay for, but we like to surprise our customer (in the good way). Also, we offer a referral promotion. If someone you recommend hires us, you will get $50 check in the mail, simple as that, no exceptions.
What is your event cancellation policy?	We do require a 20% non-refundable deposit to reserve the date. If the date is moved to another available date from us, no additional payment is needed.
Will you attend the rehearsal? the rehearsal dinner?	Yes, we do attend the rehearsals and other special to you locations at your convenience. The pricing is $100 per hour (includes the editing).
