| What is your event cancellation policy? | If it becomes necessary to cancel your wedding flowers, it must be 40 days prior to the date of the function. |
| What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? | I'm not really sure what a customer satisfaction cancellation policy is. However we do have a customer satisfaction guarantee policy, which would be dicussed with you during your consultation. |
| What are your standard payment terms? | A deposit of 30% of the total bill is required to book your date. You can make monthly payments if you would like, most brides choose to do this. Final payment is due 40 days prior to the event. If final payment is not made, the event is considered canceled. |
| What makes you different from other local floral designers? Why should someone hire you? | I like to learn everything I can in the floral industry. Attending design shows, conventions and reading floral magazines help keep me informed and current in the latest design techniques and fashion trends. I truly understand the nervous jitters that come with planning a wedding and my job is to give you a worry and stress free day. Once you turn your ceremony and reception over to me, you can go on with all of your other plans for the wedding knowing the flowers have been placed in good hands. |
| Do you offer any silk or dried flower arrangements? Are they available for rent? | We also make permanent wedding flowers, we us only high end silk that are realistic looking. We have a few pieces that we rent for receptions. |
